PRICING

After my initial visit I will give you an initial ESTIMATE.
An initial design will then be produced based on what we have discussed during the initial consultation. If you are happy to continue at this point, a deposit of 25% of the estimate must be paid prior to any further design development. This payment 'books in' the job and will only be refunded if I cannot do the job for any reason.
On completion of the final design you will get a firm QUOTE. A further instalment may be required depending on the size of the job.
On completion of the job you will receive an invoice. The remaining balance of the invoice is to be paid within 7 days.

I always take the lead on projects. I will be assisted by other carefully selected local craftsmen on larger projects
By keeping my service local I can ensure top quality service before, during and after building your furniture.
Using computer aided design, together we will find the right design for you and your home. This will ensure that you know exactly what you are getting before any wood is cut and ensure no nasty surprises on completion.
I respect peoples homes and will always keep them as tidy as possible during installation.
For the installation of built in furniture I will need space to work and assemble larger components. Please ensure that the room to be worked in is as clear as possible as well as the access. If I am unable to start on time due to a lack of clear work space, additional labour costs will be added!
To take accurate measurements prior to starting the design process I will need access to the area in question.
I am fully insured through Hiscox Business Insurance with public liability up to £1million.
